How it works

Place the jar beside the bed and remove the lid thirty minutes to an hour before retiring to allow the fragrance to fill the room.  The aromatherapy will helping you to drift off into a refreshing and rejuvenating sleep. Lid can be replaced before sleep or left open during the night to be closed in the morning.

The stones come already infused with a blend of lavender and chamomile oils that will stay fragrant for up to 3 months. Adding 1-2 capfuls every few weeks of the fragranced oil (which can be bought separately or as a set) will maintain optimum aroma levels.
